Structure Interior Designs

In this series of images, we showcase the remarkable transformation of our client’s residence, a wealthy financial executive married with one child. Faced with the challenge of remodeling and renovating their dark and dated home, our goal was to create an environment that matched their elevated taste level, highlighted their love for the color blue and the Tampa Bay Lightning, and allowed for greater natural light to flow throughout.

By sensitively modernizing the space while retaining the essence of its classic colonial style, we achieved a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design. Our primary solution involved knocking down the kitchen wall to create an open-concept main living space, inviting abundant natural light and fostering a seamless flow between areas. This redesign not only modernized the home but also reoriented the floor plan to emphasize key focal features, providing the family with a sophisticated and light-filled sanctuary that truly feels like home.

“After vetting multiple interior design and decorator providers, we landed with Rodney and Luis at Structure Interior Design. We selected them for their energy and excitement around our project. But after we got started, we saw the true value. Their collaborative vision for our home was amazing. They led insightful discussions and developed a game plan that was beyond our dreams. They also were prepared and ready to help as the project uncovered ‘surprises’ in our home. It was a relief to work with a ‘trusted partner’ that seemed to know what was going to happen- before it happened. On a very comprehensive project, they came in right on the committed deadline for our project. We feel like they have become an extension of our family and delivered a dream home for us.”
