Our clients, dual-income banking executives with one child, needed to transform their new construction spec home to meet their family’s functional needs while achieving the look and feel of a custom build.
A primary challenge was creating a private study room for their young daughter and a serene relaxation den for the father.
Our design solution included enclosing a loft area and converting it into a private study, as well as transforming a flex room into a relaxation den, custom wall and ceiling treatments, and glass staircase banister. Additionally, we added a custom fireplace that extends the entire height of the ceiling, adding dramatic flair to the space.
